REFUND POLICY SUMMARY

Due to the digital nature of our courses and the immediate lifetime access granted upon purchase, all sales are considered final. We offer a 7-Day Technical Issue Window for documented access problems. Please read the full policy below for details.

1. General Policy

The Open Window Academy LLC / The Open Window Academy ("Company") provides digital courses and educational products that are delivered electronically and accessible immediately upon purchase. Each course is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime access to the course content. Because of the instant-access nature of digital products, all sales are considered final once the course has been activated and access to the course content has been granted.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing lifetime access to a digital course, and that you understand and accept this refund policy.

2. 7-Day Technical Issue Window

If you experience documented technical issues that completely prevent you from accessing a purchased course or its content, you may request a refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase. To qualify:

  • You must contact our support team within 7 days of your purchase date.
  • You must provide documentation of the technical issue (screenshots, error messages, etc.).
  • Our support team must be unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The issue must be on our end (server-side), not related to your device, internet connection, or browser compatibility.

If the above conditions are met, the Company may, at its sole discretion, issue a full or partial refund for the affected course purchase.

3. Course Purchase Refunds

Individual course purchases are one-time payments that grant lifetime access. Because course content is delivered digitally and made available immediately upon purchase:

  • Course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.
  • The 25% returning customer discount applied to subsequent purchases is non-reversible; if a qualifying first purchase is refunded under the 7-day technical issue window, the discount on subsequent purchases may be revoked.

4. Cryptocurrency Payments

IMPORTANT: Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and the volatility of cryptocurrency values, the Company cannot process refunds for payments made in cryptocurrency. By choosing to pay with cryptocurrency, you acknowledge and accept this limitation.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact our support team first. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company without first contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your account.
  • Forfeiture of all unpaid commissions and bonuses.
  • Loss of access to all purchased courses and services.
  • Removal from the Affiliate Program and referral network.
  • Potential collection action for amounts owed, including chargeback fees.
  • Reporting to fraud prevention databases.

The Company will vigorously contest all unjustified chargebacks and reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.

6. Case-by-Case Discretion

The Company reserves the right to issue refunds on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion, even outside the 7-day technical issue window. Factors that may be considered include:

  • The nature and severity of the issue.
  • Whether the Customer has previously requested refunds.
  • The amount of time elapsed since purchase.
  • Whether the Customer has accessed or used the course content.
  • Any applicable consumer protection laws in the Customer's jurisdiction.

Any discretionary refund does not establish a precedent or obligation for future refund requests.

7. Commission Clawbacks

If a refund is issued for a course purchase on which commissions were paid to an Affiliate, the Company reserves the right to deduct the corresponding commission amount from the Affiliate's future commission payments.
